DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Our principal aim is to guarantee the privacy and to respect the legislation of personal data protection.

In accordance with the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13th December all details supplied by the user will be incorporated into an automatic filing system. All material will be used only for the purpose described. Users fully and unreservedly accept the incorporation of information provided into Ernesto Quintana & Associats. S.L. ‘s files and to its digital processing, according to the terms stipulated in this document.

Only data which is relevant to the services provided by Ernesto Quintana & Associats, S.L will be retained which will be collected from appropriate correspondence, emails and forms.

In the case of a legal requirement to cede personal details to other parties the user will be informed explicitly of the end use of the this, the data ceded and the name and address of the recipient(s) so that he or she may grant his or her unequivocal consent in this respect.

Personal details will be treated with an adequate degree of protection, as stipulated by R.D. 994/1999 of 11th. June, with  every effort being made to avoid change, alteration, loss, or access that is not authorised, by third parties who might use them for purposes other than those requested by the user.

Users can exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel and challenge their personal data held on record at any time. They can exercise this right by writing to Ernesto Quintana & Associats, S.L. at Calle Borja Moll, 18 - Local 3, 07702 -  Mahón (Menorca) , or by sending a registered e-mail to ‘ info@ernesto-quintana-associats.com  ‘, which must, in both cases, be accompanied by a photocopy of the user’s ID card, date, signature and contact address for any notifications.

Finally, the information that a user provides to us by means of a contact form or by e-mail will be used exclusively for the purpose stated, and only the user will receive information relating to requested services.

The user guarantees that his or her information is true, accurate, authentic and up-to-date. In this respect, users are obliged to ensure their information is up-to-date so that it reflects the true situation at all times.
